Solenoid valve: it is an automatic basic element used to control the direction of the fluid, belonging to the actuator; It is usually used for mechanical control and industrial valves. Working principle: In the pneumatic circuit, the function of the solenoid control reversing valve is to control the opening and closing of the airflow channel or change the flow direction of the compressed air. The main working principle is to use the electromagnetic force generated by the electromagnetic coil to promote the switching of the valve core and realize the reversing of the airflow.

According to the different pushing ways of the solenoid control part to the reversing valve, it can be divided into direct acting solenoid valve and pilot operated solenoid valve. The direct-acting solenoid valve directly uses the electromagnetic force to push the valve core reversing, while the pilot-operated reversing valve uses the pilot air pressure output by the solenoid pilot valve to push the valve core reversing.

Classification of solenoid valve:

The solenoid valve is generally divided into direct-acting solenoid valve and pilot operated solenoid valve.

Direct acting solenoid valve: directly use the electromagnetic force to push the solenoid valve core to realize the on-off between the gas paths;

Pilot-operated solenoid valve: under the action of the electromagnetic force, the pilot valve is opened first to allow gas to enter the solenoid valve core chamber, and the solenoid valve core is pushed by air pressure to realize the connection and disconnection between air paths.
